Convenient Indian cuisine is the spiciest trend at Expo West 2019

Traditional, highly flavored Indian ingredients, such as ghee and achaar, are more accessible than ever in these innovative new products certain to appeal to foodies and health enthusiasts alike.

Indian cuisine—whether incorporated into frozen meals or newer platforms like American condiments and appetizers—was spicing up the main expo floor and the hot products pavilion at Natural Products Expo West 2019.
