Food Matters believes a daily dose of education can change lives
September 9, 2016
Inspired to help remedy his father's struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome, James Colquhoun set out to find a way to communicate the importance of food choices to his father in a way that was effective and powerful. The result was Food Matters, a film with the thesis that diet can play a role in healing health problems.
Since the film was released in 2008, Food Matters has expanded into an education platform that includes books, films, blogs and an online TV channel, as well as a raw, cold-pressed green juice mix.
In this video from Natural Products Expo West 2016, Colquhoun explains how the network is expanding and why food, health and natural medicine content is so important for the future of healthy food.
