Fruit d’Or, a leader in cranberry processing, invited members of the nutrition industry to its facilities in Quebec, Canada, in October for its annual Cranberry Harvest Festival. Participants took part in education, tours and a hands-on experience at one of the cranberry bogs during harvest.
