Whole Foods online sales tripled last quarter

Whole Foods CEO John Mackey believes that, while online sales have skyrocketd for the company over the past few months, consumers will largely be ready to come back to stores once the pandemic subsides. To have enough fruits and vegetables to feed everyone and create biomaterials, it's likely that land will eventually have to be taken away from livestock operations. And plant-based innovations need to occur alongside other necessary evolutions, including circular economies and sustainable harvesting methods. Learn more at Fast Company...

Gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza company CAULIPOWER has revealed new research showing that the vast majority of U.S. households are running out of freezer space as purchases of frozen foods skyrocketed since the pandemic began. As a result, the brand envisions that a "freezerator" will be the appliance of the future, given that frozen food purchasing behavior is expected to remain high due to its convenience and high nutritional value.
