Yep, you heard it right. Mark Bittman himself, a leading food writer, cookbook author extraordinaire, New York Times columnist and healthy food advocate will keynote Natural Products Expo West 2015.
Bittman will speak March 7 at the annual conference in Anaheim, Calif.
Bittman was exhalted to food world fame through his 13 years writing the "Minimalist" column in the New York Times' Dining section, as well as numerous cookbooks including the bestselling How to Cook Everything and How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. His newest book, Vegan Before 6 P.M., gives readers the tools to move to a flexitarian diet.
