Natural oral care brand Dr. Brite wins Expo West 2018 Pitch-Slam

The women-owned B Corp. donates 5 percent of revenue to nonprofits.

Dr. Paris Sabo, co-founder and COO of natural oral care product company Dr. Brite, took home the prize at the Natural Products Expo West 2018 Pitch-Slam, valued at over $40K in services from New Hope Network. Sabo, a breast cancer surgeon, started her company in 2015 along with her sister, Dr. Pooneh Ramezani, a dentist for over 20 years.

Here, Sabo shares her experience with launching a brand on Instagram and what it's like to participate in a pitch contest.
