Sprouts Farmers Market announced today that its 2020 annual stockholders meeting will be conducted via the internet because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The virtual meeting will be at 11 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, April 28 at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/SFM2020. Shareholders of record as of March 2 are encouraged to submit their proxies in advance or vote via the website during the meeting. Shareholders have received a control number to access the site, but anyone can virtually attend the meeting.
The company plans to release its first-quarter financial results at 5 p.m. EDT on May 5. A webcast will be available at the investors website or participants from the United States can call 877-398-9481. The conference ID number is 1395554.
