3 drinking vinegars spotted at Expo East '16

New Hope Network editors Jenna Blumenfeld and Jessie Shafer, RD, investigate the next hot trend in beverages: drinking vinegars.


Spiked with apple cider vinegar, coconut vinegar and even maple syrup vinegar (which is aged in Napa Valley wine barrels), probiotic-rich drinking vinegars shone at Natural Products Expo East 2016. Here, two members of the New Hope Network content team showcase three exceptional products that prioritize sour over sweet.

Jessie and her husband relocated from Iowa to Colorado in 2015 where they enjoy riding their bike, hiking in the mountains and being mom to a cute and curious toddler.
