As our community convenes in Anaheim next week, brand founders will take the stage to compete in the Natural Products Expo West 2022 Pitch Slam. The event will be livestreamed on the Natural Products Expo Virtual platform, so those attending virtually can watch live.

After hours of careful consideration and taste-testing, the New Hope Network content team and a group of 10 industry experts determined who will pitch for the chance to snag more than $35,000 in New Hope Network services, including a free booth at Natural Products Expo West 2023.

Emceeing the event is Priyanka Khole of Svaa Haa Foods and Slow Money Northern California.

Ten brands were selected by the Selection Committee for this year's Pitch Slam Semifinals. These emerging brands model true innovation within the natural products industry, and we’re excited to shine a spotlight on each.

The pitch

Natural Products Expo West Pitch Slam Semifinals will be on Tuesday, March 8, from 4:30–6:30 p.m. PST. The event is sponsored by Daiya and 301 Inc. The 10 pre-selected emerging brands will take the stage with three-minute pitches and then will have four minutes of Q&A from a rock-star judging panel. The judges will then select five finalists to compete again the next night.

The Natural Products Expo West Pitch Slam Finals & Party will be Wednesday, March 9, from 4:30–6:30 p.m. PST. The event is sponsored by Daiya and 301 Inc. The finalists from Tuesday will have three minutes to pitch and four minutes for Q&A. The judges will then select one grand prize winner as well as a rising star.

Those not able to travel to Anaheim will be able to tune into the livestream of the Pitch Slam Semifinals and Finals on Natural Products Expo Virtual.
