At the world's largest natural and organic trade show, overwhelm and stress might feel like the norm. But, between exhibiting, networking, learning and deal-making, it's important to not lose sight of your mental health and general self-care during such a busy week.

How can you pause and recharge with jam-packed days? Read on for five ways to honor your mental health at Natural Products Expo West. It's easier than you might think.

Start your day with early morning yoga

Expo West Early Morning Yoga

Before the trade show halls open and education begins, start your morning off calm and rejuvenated at the early morning yoga sessions from 7:30 - 9 a.m. at the Grand Plaza Stage.

Join us Wednesday, March 4 through Saturday, March 7 for an hour and a half of moving, stretching and centering before busy days of Expo West ensue. Haven't practiced yoga before? No problem! These sessions are for all levels. Yoga mats are provided; just bring your reusable water bottle.

Reduce your stress with guided meditation

Expo West Morning Meditation

If yoga isn't your thing, try starting your day with a 45-minute guided meditation practice with fellow industry peers. Meditation is a simple practice that can reduce stress and increase happiness, so all are welcome regardless of experience level. Join us 8:15 - 9 a.m., Wednesday, March 4 through Friday, March 6 at the Arena Plaza stage to focus, chill out and ground yourself for the day.

Join Jane Miller of Lily's Sweets, Vincent Kitirattragarn of Dang Foods and other founders as they explore the importance of community and connection among entrepreneurs and the effect it has on our mental health.
