4 new personal care products putting kids first

You’ve probably noticed that moms and moms-to-be in your store are increasingly swapping out junk food for nutrient-rich fruits and veggiesor reaching for hormone-free milk for their kiddos. Now they’re also choosing cleaner pregnancy, baby and kids’ body care products to support children’s long-term health.

According to market research firm Mintel, nearly 50 percent of young parents look for all-natural personal care products for their kids. Sun care, which most parents view as a necessity, has long been the main spending focus. This year, however, new launches are making a splash in other categories, such as bubble bath and pregnancy oils.
