As the number of lawsuits against Monsanto continue to grow, there has been much talk about glyphosate, the main active ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup–as there should be. Rulings in the initial cases against the giant chemical producer have found that the company failed to warn users of the increased risk of developing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other forms of cancer when using the product over extended periods of time. Concerns have grown as traces of glyphosate have shown up in popular granolas, cereals and other food products.
