Based on consumer research, the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) certification is the most highly trusted mark by gluten-free shoppers. Some Gluten-Free certifications only look at records, but GFCO goes above and beyond by reviewing everything from ingredients and finished products to the facility where they are made. It's no reason consumers have trusted GFCO since 1974.

This updated logo represents more than simply a safe, Gluten-Free product. It meets international trademark requirements, adds value to brands certified by GFCO, and offers education and resources for the Gluten-Free community.
