Natalie Kra is the program manager at Packaging Collaborative, a program of One Step Closer. She also serves as the manager of sustainability initiatives at Resonance, a firm that works collaboratively with clients to solve development challenges.

She was a Naturally Boulder board fellow from January through June 2020, where she helped develop a Zero-Waste plan for the organization's events.

Kra holds an MBA and a Master of Environment, Sustainable Food Systems from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science at the University of Southern California; during her studies there, Kra spend a semester at the University of Cape Town.
