Mojo in a bar

Today I have to give a shoutout to Clif Mojo bars ... I'm not typically into grab-and-go food, but on the other hand, I can really feel it when my blood sugar starts to plummet and I need something FAST, not as a meal, but just to tide me over. Clif bars use organic ingredients and nothing fake, and the sweet-salty Mojos taste like a really good trail mix, but easier to stash and to eat. My favorite is the Honey Roasted Peanuts flavor. (Remember the old PayDay candy bars? They're like that but way healthier, and you don't hate yourself afterwards.)

If you have time to make your own energy bars, I also really love our Oat-Date Bars, made with agave, which is a wonderful lower-glycemic sweetener.
