WILD Flavors wows IFT with innovation

WILD Flavors Inc. is exhibiting at the Institute of Food Technologists Show (IFT) in Chicago, from July 14 to 16. WILD will be showcasing innovative concepts containing flavors and colors, as well as healthy, and specialty ingredients that meet the trends of today and tomorrow. WILD will feature Robust Savory Flavors, Varietal Fruit Flavors, Innovative Mint Concepts, Natural Sweetness Enhancement, Sodium Reduction, Health Ingredients for Sports Performance, Immunity, Digestive Health, and our complete rainbow of Natural Colors.

In preparation for the 2013 IFT, WILD has developed food and beverage concepts that deliver the highest quality flavor creation and innovation by showcasing exciting products from a Black Raspberry Mint Smoothie to a Rainbow Sherbet flavored Lollipop with Immunel™ for immune support. Each product utilizes a unique WILD capability and is presented in varied applications with trend relevant flavors. WILD’s booth will be organized by technology and visitors will experience product samples in the following areas: Flavor Innovation – Beverage, Flavor Innovation – Food, Mint, Natural Colors, Taste Technology, and H.I.T.S. - Health Ingredient Technology & Solutions®.
