Amidst the scores of fine cheeses, cured meats and gourmet olive oils exhibiting at the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show, held at the New York City Javits Center, were ample companies showcasing products that contained chocolate. Whether they be spiked with savory flavors, made with coconut milk over cow's milk or incorporated into kombucha (really!), these cocoa-containing foods and beverages were a hit with attendees.
