As the keto diet continues to gain momentum, natural products brands are rethinking and reformatting pantry staples to respond to consumer desire for tasty and satisfying low-carb, high-protein foods.

This was one of the underlying themes, examples of which are featured in this video, in terms of product innovation at Natural Products Expo East.

Making sandwich thins out of cauliflower, creating new and functional flavor profiles for bone broth and replacing flour with egg whites in wraps are just a few of the innovations spied on the show floor thanks to Outer Aisle Gourmet, Brodo Broth Co. and EggLife, respectively.
