Are people better off eating organic food? Better for the environment? 73% of Americans eat some organic food. Yet most people don’t have a clue what it means. It examines paths towards a truly organic, self-sustaining agriculture system with local farmer’s markets, urban farmers, and school gardens inspiring new solutions.
