Douglas Machine names new president and COO
Jon Ballou will continue to lead Douglas’ growth in secondary packaging machinery and services markets.

Douglas Machine Inc. has announced Jon Ballou as new president and COO. Ballou succeeded Rick Paulsen, whom retired after serving 10 years as president. Ballou’s career began at Douglas in 1999.
In his new position, Ballou will continue to lead Douglas’ growth in secondary packaging machinery and services markets. “Our focus has been and continues to be offering our customers more value by providing innovative products and services,” said Ballou.
