TSI Advances Promilin® Line with the Launch of PromilinPro®

TSI Health Sciences announced today the launch of PromilinPro®, a patented and highly concentrated Fenugreek extract standardized 60% 4-Hydroxyisoleucine (4-HI).

According to Larry Kolb, TSI US operations president, PromilinPro®, with one issued and three pending patents, allows customers enhanced flexibility to incorporate the highest level of 4-HI into formulations to achieve a daily efficacious dose. Like Promilin® (with 20% 4-HI), PromilinPro® is a matrix of amino acids that work in synergy with 4-HI.

All of the clinical studies conducted to date are specific to the unique and proprietary footprint from Fenugreek. Studies show the Promilin® line of ingredients significantly increase the rate of post-exercise muscle glycogen resynthesis by 63% when compared to placebo in trained male cyclists. Promilin® helps to improve endurance during aerobic training by sustaining glycogen stores. Also, 4-Hydroxyisoleucine is proven to have a direct effect on the enhancement of insulin sensitivity in humans.
