  • Education is key (rather than marketing or sales): online trainings plus events and in-person connecting with consumers on a face-to-face level.
  • When consumers hear our story and they feel the truth and the connection to the brand, they become brand ambassadors themselves.
  • The days of push/interruptive marketing are over.
  • Leave a trail of bread crumbs: We can’t tell our entire story to everyone, so do it in bite-size ways.
