After two years of product development and a launch at Expo West last year, Boulder startup Wilde Snacks is off and running. Its savory, shelf-stable baked meat bars contain lots of lean protein, minimal sugar and unique flavors, and they’ve found a home in numerous small, independent natural product stores as well as limited Whole Foods regions and a few large grocery chains.
