Cactus Botanics launches Siberian ginseng

Siberian ginseng is cheaper than Panax ginseng and remains one of the best-studied and safest energy-promoting herbs.

Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), also known as Eleuthero, is now available from Cactus Botanics, a vertically integrated botanical raw material supplier.

According to Carol Cheow, general manager of Cactus Botanics, Siberian ginseng contains remarkable compounds, eleutherosides (eleutherosides B and eleutherosides E), which stimulate mental and physical vigor. Numerous published human trials on Siberian ginseng have demonstrated anti-fatigue effects, improved stamina and performance and increased alertness.

"People are busier than ever—and consistently want more and better energy," says Cheow. "There are many products that purport to do that—but Siberian ginseng remains one of the best-studied, effective and safe natural energy-promoting herbs."

Siberian ginseng is native to the Taiga region of the Far East (southeastern part of Russia, northern China, Korea and Japan). Cheow emphasizes that Eleuthero is distinctively different from Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), which both have unique active chemical components. A bonus: Siberian ginseng is also much less expensive than Panax ginseng.

Cactus Botanics has abundant Siberian ginseng powder extract raw materials both in our China and U.S. warehouses. The company offers two types for manufacturers:  Eleutherosides B+Eleutherosides E=0.8% and Eleutherosides B:Eleutherosides E≈3:5.

In addition, Cheow says that Cactus Botanics may provide tailored formulations to meet specific formulation requirements with Eleuthero. For more information, email: [email protected]
