Gardner joined the firm with more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, direct manufacturing and the development and delivery of high value products for commercial, consumer and government customers. In addition, he brings expertise in ‘lean manufacturing’ techniques and the ability to create focused teams that achieve organizational goals time and time again. In his previous position as vice president of manufacturing at Silver Eagle Manufacturing, Gardner specialized in increasing customer value and contributing to the overall financial growth of the company.
