Los Angeles-based acai juice producer Bossa Nova hired Larry Wu as chief operating officer and Joseph Sain as senior vice president.

Boulder, Colo.-based Snikiddy Snacks added Hunt Killough as vice president of sales and J.P. Mackey as director of sales. Both Killough and Mackey recently held sales positions at Jones Soda Co.

Peapack, N.J.-based Capsugel appointed Arthur Radcliffe as business development manager for dietary supplements in the Americas region.

Coral Gables, Fla.-based Cafe Bom Dia added seven marketing and sales people. The company imports and roasts coffee for a carbon-neutral product. Esperanza Carrion left the Colgate-Palmolive Co. to join Cafe Bom Dia as senior vice president of marketing. Susan Reich, who has 20 years of marketing experience, joined as brand equity director. The new brand activation director is Andrew Pinto and the regional vice president of western areas is Ed Hepler. The regional vice president of central areas is Dennis Aylward and the regional vice president of eastern areas is Neil Garab.

Coconut water producer Zico, based in Oradell, N.J., hired Eric Scheffer, formerly with Reed's, as national sales manager, and Andrew Griffiths, formerly with Glaceau Energy Brands, as Northeast sales manager.

The American Herbal Products Association hired Katia Fowler as director of communications. Most recently, Fowler was editor of Nutrition Business Journal, published by New Hope Natural Media.

Gluten-free manufacturer Mary's Gone Crackers, based in Gridley, Calif., named United Natural Foods COO Richard Antonelli to its board of directors.
