Redux Holdings Completes Acquisition of Controlling Interest of Naturade, Inc.

All Market Wire News--Redux Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RDXH) today announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in Naturade, Inc. (OTCBB: NRDC). A Form 8-K has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of Naturade, Inc.
