National Enzyme debuts novel customer portal
Customers can now see order histories, view products, retrieve shipping details and label information.

National Enzyme Co. (NEC) celebrated the recent launch of its industry-first customer portal "My NEC Connection." NEC prides itself on creating unique and valuable ways to make doing business easier, and its customer-driven technology offerings now include this unique portal with customers’ needs front and center.

This new portal will give customers the ability to view and track orders from start to finish 24/7. Customers can see their order history in addition to viewing products, retrieving shipping details and label information including quantity on hand, quantity ordered and quantity available. "We're ecstatic to offer our customers this new tool. We realize they have a business to run and we want to make it as easy as possible to do business with us," said Melony Fuller, NEC director of marketing.

Independently certified for cGMP compliance by NSF and TGA, NEC has the expertise to produce a broad range of dietary supplements including enzyme-based formulations, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, botanicals and more. We offer state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with blending, encapsulation, tableting, convenience packaging, full service bottling, and in-house graphics/labeling services to meet the unique needs of our valued customers. We work tirelessly to help our customers create robust, profitable products, which impact the nutritional industry in a positive and progressive manner.
