Erin graduated with Honours from Concordia University in Montreal, QC with a B.A. Joint Specialization in Communications Studies and Journalism. In addition to this she has completed several graduate level business courses towards her MBA. Native to Montreal, Erin is fully bilingual in English and French.

Over the past 11 years, Erin has worked for industry-leading companies in a customer service and managerial role in several fields including retail, finance, telecommunications, and tourism. She brings to the table an in-depth understanding of the consumer point of view and a results-oriented approach.
