Frutarom Offers Improved Natural Tasting Pear and Strawberry Flavors

North Bergen, New Jersey, June 27, 2008 – “For customers who are looking to provide consumers with improved natural fruit tastes, Frutarom now provides pear and strawberry flavors that offer more satisfying perceptions of fresh fruit,” announced Bill Graham, Vice President, Sales, Frutarom USA Inc.

Mr. Graham explained that both flavors are updated and improved versions of previous Frutarom pear and strawberry offerings. The newly developed Natural Pear Flavor WONF FN3714 is sweet and aromatic with pulpy notes. The flavor is entirely suited to beverages, gelato and fruit fillings. The improved Natural Organic Strawberry Flavor F918096 is described as aromatic with ‘jammy’ notes. It is ideal for beverages, sorbets, yogurts and fruit fillings. For beverage applications for both flavors, the starting usage is 0.20%. Other cited applications call for 0.25% starting usages.
