Hosted by Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals, it will consider the challenges facing the food industry and pose provocative questions about the industry?s future role in this global crisis.
The high-level executive summit follows the format of the successful Health Foods Conference held in Washington DC in September, but the summit?s focus will be on the European market. Delegates will learn about the major regulatory and business issues facing today?s food manufacturers and the market potential for creating healthier products and categories.
