Seneca Farms has announced that its entire range of healthier snack chips, including Apple Chips, Sweet Potato Chips, and Crisp Onions, are now gluten free.
These snacks are manufactured at the company's Yakima, Washington Plant, which recently has implemented a strict gluten-free processing environment.
According to Seneca, the company's Gluten-free policy ensures that products are manufactured in line with the needs of consumers with special diets.
Seneca Foods Category Management VP Katherine Sheldon said the reports show that more and more people are selecting gluten-free products.
"Seneca's snacks meet that need and provide consumers with tasty, yet healthier, snack alternatives," Sheldon added.
Seneca Foods is a US-based processor of canned fruits and vegetables, and its Seneca Farms brand provides healthy-alternative products direct to the consumer.
