CHICAGO—Jesse R. Lopez, founder and CEO of SourceOne Global Partners, has announced the appointment of Clayton Vaughan as vice president of sales and marketing for the firm.
Vaughan was most recently with Land-O-Lakes, a $6-billion global integrated food producer, including the leading brand of butter in North America. Prior to Land-O-Lakes, Mr. Vaughan was instrumental in driving sales growth at ConAgra Foods.

Vaughan will be responsible for developing customer-centric marketing plans that promote the company’s branded proprietary products and ingredients. Development and management of major global business projects and alliance cultivation and management will be key areas of stewardship. He will focus on leveraging cross-market segment synergies and be responsible for leading a sales force whose objectives will be to bring innovative solutions to the company’s key channel partners.
