Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s Marketing Partner Signs Additional Distributor for Lo-Chol in Germany;

G and S Produkte Must Purchase 100,000 Bottles Over Next Year To Maintain Exclusivity

NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2003 -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB:APPI), announced that the company's exclusive marketing partner for Lo-Chol, Nutralife Pharmaceuticals Corp. has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with G&S Produkte (

G&S Produkte is considered in the top 10 direct response infomercials and retail distributors in Germany supplying all the major retail chains, including Germany's largest retail chain, Metro, and selling through QVC and TV ShopGermany. Ms. Andrea Heinz, V.P of G&S Produkte, said, "We look forward to rolling out Lo-Chol into the German market through our distribution channels. With our rather extensive distribution network, we are confident that this unique nutritional supplement will generate healthy sales."

In order to maintain its distribution exclusivity for Lo-Chol for Germany, G and S Produckte must make subsequent purchases of Lo-Chol, aggregating at least 100,000 bottles, over the duration of the agreement, although it is not obligated to make such subsequent purchases.
