Nature’s Path building a ‘sustainable, organic’ marathon on Whidbey Island

Richmond, BC, CANADA – Nature’s Path Foods sprints into its second year as title sponsor of the Whidbey Island Marathon & Half Marathon on Sunday, April 15, 2007.

Maria Emmer-Aanes, Director of Marketing of Nature’s Path, wants race participants to enjoy the organic experience of what is expected to become a world-class competition.

The Whidbey Island Marathon & Half Marathon is organized by Pro-Motion Events, Inc. of Seattle, Wash. The event’s Marketing Manager Garett Slettebak, said he is thrilled to work with Nature’s Path for a second year.
