Seminar: Marketing Best Practices In Homeopathic Drugs And Natural Remedies

Below is a list of the confirmed expert speakers to-date:

Maryellen Molyneaux, President NMI (Natural Marketing Institute) will speak regarding consumer attitudes/motivations, trends, shopping behaviors, etc. based on data/analysis of NMI’s proprietary databases, such as the Health & Wellness Trends Database™, ESP™ (E-Screener Panel), Supplements/OTC/Rx Database™ (SORD), etc.

Michael Johnsen, Senior Editor for Drug Store News, who reports extensively on the business of OTC medicines and natural health products, will outline the major mass retailers and how they each go to market in the OTC and natural health space; he will also identify opportunities with the drug channel for homeopathic marketers.

Tim Sperry, Principal of the Tim Sperry Group. Mr. Sperry, a 20 year veteran in the Natural Industry and previous Director of Grocery at Whole Foods Market, will speak on successfully navigating your way thorough Whole Foods, new buying initiatives at Whole Foods, and overall thoughts and observations on succeeding at Whole Foods.

Alyssa Wostrel, MBA, DIHom, Principal, 1M Integrative Solutions, a consulting company for the natural products industry, specializing in strategic sales and marketing initiatives to the CAM practitioner sector. Ms. Wostrel will present market data about CAM practitioners, an area of growth in the natural product industry, as well as her insights into proven sales and marketing campaign strategies for natural products targeted toward practitioners.

Carin Warner, Principal and President of Warner Communications. Ms. Warner’s organization has worked with leading natural brands such as Seventh Generation, Nelsons Rescue Remedy, Smartfoods, and Fresh Samantha.
