Carotech will exhibit at an upcoming show as well as present a seminar on the health benefits of Tocomin and Tocomin SupraBio and their application capabilities.

Carotech, the largest and only GMP-certified palm tocotrienol complex producer in the world will exhibit at the SupplySide West Expo at Las Vegas from 12th – 13th October, 2011.

This year at SupplySide West, Carotech has been invited to present a topic at the 3rd Practical Short Course: Functional Food Product Development: Market, Regulations, Bioactive Compounds and Their Utilization. Carotech’s Bryan See (Regional Product Manager) will talk about the unique and novel health benefits of palm tocotrienol complex (Tocomin® and Tocomin SupraBio®) and their application capabilities as a GRAS approved ingredient in formulating functional foods and drinks.

Carotech is also partnering with the Malaysian Palm Oil Council in organizing the 2nd Palm Fruit Bioactives Workshop which will be held on October 11th. Experts from various fields who have spent many years in researching and formulating with palm bioactives (tocotrienols, mixed carotenoids and palm phenolics) have been invited to present the latest science and applications of palm bioactives. Manufacturers are invited to attend and share their experience or ideas in using these palm bioactives.
