OmniActive Health Technologies will introduce its What’s Your B.L.U.E.? (Blue Light User Exposure) campaign to the European Union at Vitafoods Europe next week.
What’s Your B.L.U.E.? is an exciting new initiative to educate consumers on high-energy blue light, its sources and ways to help protect healthy vision from its effects with the support of the macular carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin isomers (RR-zeaxanthin and RS [meso]-zeaxanthin).
Lynda Doyle, vice president of global marketing at OmniActive, will present "The Critical Role of Macular Carotenoids in the Age of Increasing High-Energy Blue Light Exposure" on Wednesday, May 11 at the Exhibitor Presentation Theatre.
Attendees will learn about the latest research surrounding lutein and zeaxanthin isomers and the highlights of a recent study on a comprehensive formulation that is shown to rapidly increase macular pigment.
